1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds provided that:

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product (or another period specified at the time of sale).
• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
• The product is returned with its original packaging, manuals, accessories, cables, and any other items supplied.
• The product shows no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
• A valid proof of purchase or invoice is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

• Reagents and chemicals
• Laboratory consumables
• Sterile or single-use products
• Customized or special-order items
• Software licenses and digital products
• Products clearly marked as non-returnable

3. Returns That Will Not Be Accepted

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product has:

• Been used, installed, or operated.
• Been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Been dropped, broken, cracked, or physically damaged.
• Water, liquid, or moisture damage.
• Fire, heat, smoke, or burn damage.
• Electrical damage caused by improper voltage or power supply.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
• Missing parts, accessories, serial numbers, or labels.
• Damage resulting from improper transportation or storage after delivery.

Products that fail inspection due to any of the above conditions may be returned to the customer without a refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A defective product,
• A damaged product caused during shipping, or
• The wrong product,

please notify Medcon International immediately after delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Upon receiving your claim, our technical team will carefully inspect and evaluate the product to determine the cause of the issue. We reserve the right to investigate whether the damage or defect occurred before shipment, during transit, or after delivery due to handling, installation, misuse, or any other external factors.

After completing our inspection, Medcon International will determine, at its sole discretion, the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the case.

5. Inspection Process

All returned products are carefully inspected by our technical team before a refund or replacement is approved.

Approval of a return is subject to successful inspection and verification that the product meets the eligibility requirements of this policy.

6. Refund Process

Once your return has been approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges, installation charges, customs duties, and service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a verified product defect:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged during return shipping.

Medcon International is not responsible for damage occurring during return transportation due to inadequate packaging.

8. Warranty Claims

If your product is covered under warranty, warranty service will be handled according to the applicable Warranty Terms rather than this Refund Policy.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, water damage, fire, electrical faults, or normal wear and tear.

9. Right to Refuse Returns

Medcon International reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this Refund & Return Policy.
